空运出口操作岗位职责

Responsibilities工作职责
1. Contacting shipper & overseas to prepare fshipment.
联系发货方及海外代理，做好出货准备。
2. Booking flight space with the airline as requested.
按要求向航空公司预订舱位。
3. Coordinating with trucking/customs broker & subcontractto ensure smooth processing in shipment.
协调拖车行、报关行及分包商，确保运输流程顺畅。
4. Filing all shipment records in the companys systems correctly.
在公司系统中准确归档所有出货记录。
5. Collecting the payment from the client timely.
及时向客户收取款项。
6. Sending the full pre-alert to overseas in due time tracking the cargo until arrival/delivery.
适时向海外代理发送完整的预报信息（Pre-alert），并全程追踪货物直至抵达或交付。

Requirements岗位要求：
1.College graduated above
大专及以上学历。
2.Fluent in English & Mandarin
英语及普通话流利。
3.Above one year relative work experience on air freight operations position.
具备一年以上航空货运操作相关工作经验。
4.Good communicational skills & strong responsibility.
具备良好的沟通能力及强烈的责任心。
5.Customer serviceientation, able to work under pressure.
具备客户与服务意识，能够承受工作压力
6.Positive able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill.
态度积极，具备出色的人际交往能力及良好的团队合作精神。

一、报价及业务咨询
1、定期了解各航线空运运价趋势，并根据客户需求和出货计划，进行报价和运输方案，促成业务合作
2、负责订单的管理和信息的有效更新和跟进；
3、负责异常情况和突发时间的处理和完善工作，确保货物的正常运行和客服满意度
4、航班信息的跟进和反馈
5、负责客户的维护，并定期对客户进行回访，积极优化服务流程和产品更新，提高复购率，
七、上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，航运、物流、货代、国际贸易专业；
2、5年以上空运出口操作经验，有指定货操作经验者优先；
3、商贸英语应用熟练，熟悉office等办公软件；
4、工作认真负责，思维敏捷；
5、有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
In charge of daily operational activities, liaise with local agents/carriers etc. to solve the basic problem independently.
与地面代理、承运人等联系进行相关操作事宜，并能独立地解决基本问题
Report Consult the problems from your leader fthose you could not deal with. Do not hold anymore.
及时上报问题或者向你的主管寻求解决方案，切勿滞留
Ensure to reply email, inquiries timely without any delays. Never put off the works today till tomorrow.
当日事当日毕，保证及时回复邮件、询价等
Ensure outstanding / overdue / run off are processed promptly according to company’s KPI.
保证“应收账款”/“超期未付款”/ run off 等及时处理并力求在合理指标内（与公司KPI要求的标准相比）
Ensure Friendliness, Hospitality & Loyalty to clients buildup trust.
以友善、亲切和忠实的态度对待客户、与之建立信任关系
Quality Control: ensure data input correctly, invoice issues effectively in your group. Check Complete open files on weekly basis.
操作质量掌控：及时准确录入系统信息、账单在有效时间内开出。 每周检查file并及时关掉
Ensure “Zero” defect service to achieve client’s satisfaction.
力求“零”失误率、达到客户满意度
Ensure company procedures, service standards are fully implemented followed at all times.
在任何时候都要保证按公司的操作流程和服务标准来完成工作
Close cooperate with other division like Customer Service, Sales, GTW other branches etc.
与其他部门比如客户服务、销售、GTW 以及其他分公司等保持通力合作
Maintain the positive team working spirit working environments.
保持积极的工作态度和环境

Qualifications
College degree above, majin related is preferable.
大专以上学历，物流相关专业优先
1-3 years above working experience in our industry, the background of global forwarder experience is preferable.
1-3年以上相关工作经验，有国际货代背景优先
