project manager岗位职责

Responsibilities:
1,Communicate with customers directly to understtheir requirementsder details; manage the changes throughout the project cycle
2,a new project with project timeline project risks identified from the customer enquiry stage manage all deliverables until project safe launch
3,Work closely with Engineering team fdeveloping cost-effective solutions, monitoring investment product cost from business nomination along the process
4,Work closely with cross-functional team to meet the PPM targets
5,Coordinate with internal teams customers fcompleting the project within the agreed timeline budget
6,Participate all meetings handle necessary documentations during entire project period
7,Be responsible fproduction line transfer from Shajing to our new smart factory in Jiangmen

Requirements：
1, BachelDegree holder; Majin Engineering is preferred
2, 10 years of work experience in project management
3, Project experience related to automotive products is an advantage
4, Good time management skill; good communication interpersonal skills
5, Detail-minded willing-to-learn personality
6, Fluent spoken written English

- Define project scope, objectives, set project timeline responsible fquality profitability
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget meet business objectives
- Monitmilestones key activities within project timeline
- Responsible fpeople resources workload allocation; ensure all team members have sufficient training skills fassigned tasks propoer staffing is maintained
- Act as liaison finternal external customers
- Lead Cross Functional Team (CFT) fAdvanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities strike fcontinuous improvement
- Assist Business Development Sales teams fcommercial issues
- Act as back up of SeniProject Manager

负责 ADC 药物研发中 小分子部分（payload / linker / 小分子中间体及工艺放大） 的整体项目管理。您将统筹规划、协调跨团队执行并维护客户关系，推动小分子研发与生产按期、高质量交付。
岗位职责
负责 ADC 药物研发流程中特别是 小分子部分（payload / linker / 小分子合成与放大） 的整体规划、组织管理和执行，确保研发与生产交付按时、按质完成，并熟悉小分子药物或化学品的研发与工艺要求。
协调化学研发、分析、质量、生产等多部门团队，推动项目按计划推进，确保关键里程碑顺利达成。
制定并优化项目计划，合理配置资源，跟踪研发与生产进度，监控风险并及时提出有效解决方案。
通过电话会议、电子邮件及现场沟通方式，及时向客户汇报小分子研发进展、重要节点及决策事项。
主动维护良好的客户关系，确保项目执行过程顺畅、专业，并提升客户满意度。
跟进项目验收流程，确保项目完成后及时进行成果确认和收入确认。
主动识别流程改进点，推动跨部门协作效率提升，持续优化项目执行质量。
任职要求
具备严谨的科研态度、良好的逻辑分析能力和较强的执行力，能有效处理小分子研发阶段出现的问题。
具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够在化学、分析、质量及生产团队之间建立高效协作机制。
英文沟通能力良好，能够作为工作语言与海外客户顺畅交流。
本科毕业5年及以上，或硕士毕业3年及以上，博士毕业一年及以上
有机化学/小分子合成/药物化学等专业背景强相关者优先。
有小分子研发、工艺放大、ADC linker/payload 项目经验或相关项目管理经验者优先考虑。

· Actively identify opportunities participate in initiatives to help streamline business processes strengthen cross-functional collaborations
