Job Summary
As a Project Manager in our Program Integration Management department, you will be crucial in advancing commercial stage projects. You will focus on seamless coordination between internal teams external clients; oversee project lifecycles, ensure technical quality standards are met, act as a key liaison to maintain client relationships. Your work will directly contribute to the department’s goal of optimizing commercial production processes delivering value to global clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner closely with CMC teams. Align project requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, facilitate late-stage price negotiations to ensure smooth commercial production workflows.
2. Communicate project progress, technical solutions, quality benchmarks clearly. Address clients’ concerns proactively to maintain high-trust partnerships.
3. Develop detailed project plans covering small molecule synthesis, chemical processes, production phases. Define milestones, allocate resources, monitprogress to mitigate delays.
4. Leverage small molecule chemical process expertise to enforce quality standards. Identify technical, delivery, cost risks early.
5. Conduct project reviews to document best practices, refine workflows, resolve recurring challenges.
6. Use data analysis stakeholder feedback to propose hiring, training, process optimization recommendations fthe department.
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree higher, preferably in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, a related field.
2. 3–5 years of project management experience in small molecule production, chemical processes, pharmaceutical commercialization.
3. PMP certification equivalent is preferred.
4. Fluent English (verbal/written) to handle complex client communications documentation.
5. Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, stakeholder management.
6. Basic data analysis/processing skills to drive continuous improvement.

1、根据客户提供的项目主要节点协调与管理新产品开发工作。
Responsible fcoordination management of new product introduction projects based on master timing provided from customers.
2、和各多功能团队一起制定项目时间计划表。
Responsible to the project timing aligned supported by cross functional team.
3、根据预算，为准时内部和外部交付负责，根据项目节点支持项目测试，试做或者组灯事宜。
Responsible of on time delivery of internal customer MRDs milestones to support testing, tryouts build events according to budget.
4、负责主导和协调所有工程变更的执行，包括内部发起的和客户端发起的。
Responsible to lead coordinate implementation of all engineering changes both driven by customer internally.
5、按照公司标准和规定，保存所有文件资料。
Responsible fthe APQP/VTPDS project related filing system to keep all evidence according to company standards policies complying the retention period policies.
6、保证设计标准的前提下签署产品设计可行性承诺书。
Responsible to ensure sign off product design by assuring design standards, (TDRs).
7、保证生产计划得到批准（包括包装，工艺流程，治具，工装及设备等）
Responsible to ensure sign off manufacturing plan (Packaging, Flow, fixtures, jigs, equipment).
8、签署模具可行性承诺书。
Responsible to ensure sign off tooling feasibility, (TDRs).
9、主导内部试做，保证各部门按照各自的职责各司其职。
Responsible to lead internal builds ensuring departments comply with their internal responsibilities.
10、保证成功节拍生产。
Responsible to ensure R@R success PPAP compliance on time.
11、负责组织技术团队与客户的技术评审，开展项目可行性评估并编制技术交流资料。 Be responsible forganising technical reviews between the technical team customers, conducting project feasibility assessments preparing technical communication materials.
12、 组织核算项目成本，配合销售完成报价，确保项目成本竞争力ganize project costing work with sales staff to make quote to ensure project costs are competitive.
13、提供FTT，CT时间，产能及生产数据。
Responsible to deliver New projects with FTT, Cycle time, OEE Scrap targets compliance.
14、关闭Varroc量产阶段的技术问题
Responsible to close launch Varroc technical issues.
15、上述所有工作都是通过协调项目的核心团队完成。
Support VTPDS gate reviews.

任职资格Qualification
1. 在汽车项目管理行业至少有3年的工作经验，本科学历，主导并管理过一个项目（开发工程师或其他类似工程师岗位）
At least 3 years of work experience in the automotive project management industry, bachelors degree above, lead manage at least 1 project before.
2、能看懂2D和3D图纸，使用过相关核心工具(APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA)
Interpretation of 2D 3D drawings, experience in usage of core tools (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA)
3、在制造行业有工作经验，是塑料件行业或者外部照明行业
Experience on manufacturing processes better if are plastic products exterilighting products.
4、有过项目管理证书/培训经验，报价流程及合同审核, 具备SPC, PP, PPK, CP, CPK, CMP, CMK相关知识
Have project management certification, quotation process contract reviews, SPC, PP, PPK, CP, CPK, CMP, CMK understanding
5、英语听说能力熟练
Proficient in English listening speaking

任职要求：
1.计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域的学士及以上学位
2.有6年以上中大型软件项目管理经验，在敏捷环境中担任项目管理或交付负责人优先
3.对敏捷方法论（如 Scrum、Kanban 等）有深入的了解，并具备将这些实践应用于有效交付项目的经验
4.有项目交付、风险和问题管理、供应商管理和成本管理方面经验
5.出色的沟通能力，协调和冲突解决能力
6.强大的分析和解决问题的能力，能够迅速识别问题并实施有效的解决方案
7.能够在快节奏的环境中管理多个优先事项并适应不断变化的项目需求
8.英语听说读写熟练，能作为工作语言
9.粤语听说流利是加分项
