reliability engineer岗位职责

Were looking fa highly motivated individual with background in hardware engineering to guide development teams towards a reliable design of new products their components. Through deep investigation collaboration, we strive to provide customers an experience of enduring quality through these products so integral to our lives. Youll be assisting in management of the reliability programs, development of new test procedures to quantify the reliability of a design, analysis of reliability data to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing concise detailed test plans test reports.
• Development of new reliability tests procedures specifications.
• Analyzing experimental data to provide in-depth understanding of design features.
• Research state-of-the-art technology to understroot causes of test failures.
• Providing design direction to multi-functional teams to improve product reliability.
• Interacting with a diverse hardworking group of team members to communicate results provide program direction.
• Prioritizing completing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Interacting with a wide variety of individuals teams to communicate results.
• May require travel up to 20% of the time.
Key Qualifications
• Have a basic understanding of the physics behind material properties (mechanical, electrical, optical material science).
• Failure analysis techniques such as optical microscopy, x-ray CT scans, scanning electron microscopy, FTIR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry.
• Understanding of various failure analysis methodologies to derive a root cause of failure.
• Statistical data analysis using common softwares.
• Advanced programming skill (such as image processing, machine learning) is a plus.
• Excellent written verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional problem solving abilities work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Ability to complete tests resolve problems in an unattended manner Flexibility to accept new tasks.
• Dynamic “can do” attitude engineer with the dream to work with a phenomenal team product.
Education Experience
• BS MS in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Materials Science an equivalent field desired.
• Engineering degree 3+ years of experience in a related field industry required.
• Consumer electronics experience is preferred.

1. Responsible fnew process product reliability qualification;

2. Responsible fdaily short-term long-term reliability monitoring tests to ensure production quality;

3. Responsible freliability failure verification, root cause analysis corrective actions;
负责可靠性失效验证，*终原因分析以及改进措施的实施；
4. Determine reliability performance per test results publish reliability reports;
根据实验结果评定产品可靠性并出具可靠性报告；
5. Support work with QA in customer quality, reliability qualification related issues, complete customer requests in reliability;
支持或协助QA解决客户端出现的品质，可靠性和检测的相关问题, 并完成客户的可靠性询问；
6. Study develop new reliability test methods to improve existing methods to meet MPS’ special test requirements to solve any issues problems;
改进现有方法研究并开发新的可靠性测试方法以满足MPS特殊测试需求或解决问题。
7. Design plan special tests requested by customers, support customer requests in reliability.
根据客户要求设计和规划特别测试方案，并支持客户的可靠性要求。
8. Maintaining the reliability database system.
维护可靠性数据系统。
9. Perform other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
REQUIREMENTS:
M.S. B.S. in electronics semiconductor; background in statistics
reliability theory is a plus; 电子/半导体相关专业本科及以上学历，统计学及可靠性相关知识背景;
Good knowledge of analog circuit, device physics, wafer process,
assembly/package, etc.具备模拟电路，器件，工艺，封装等相关行业知识;
Good communication skills (bothal written English) 良好的英语读写能力;
Strong sense of responsibility teamwork; 责任心及团队合作精神.

岗位职责：
我们正在寻找一位严谨、有责任心的可靠性工程师，负责产品在设计、开发、制造和使用全过程中的可靠性评估与提升，确保产品在预定生命周期内的稳定性能和客户满意度。

您将负责以下工作内容：
参与产品设计评审，从可靠性角度提出优化建议
建立并执行可靠性测试计划（如加速寿命测试、温湿循环、高低温冲击等）
对故障模式进行分析（如FMEA、FTA），主导RCA（Root Cause Analysis）和纠正预防措施
撰写可靠性测试报告和技术文件，提供决策支持
跟踪产品在客户现场的可靠性表现，协助售后团队分析退货/故障数据
与设计、工艺、质量和供应链等部门密切合作，推动产品质量持续改进

任职要求：
工程类相关专业本科及以上学历（机械、电子、材料、自动化等）
5年以上可靠性、质量或测试工程相关工作经验
熟悉常见可靠性分析方法（FMEA、MTBF、Weibull 分析等）
能够独立制定测试计划并分析实验结果
熟练使用数据统计分析工具（如 Minitab、JMP、Excel 等）
具备良好的沟通能力与跨部门协作能力
英语读写能力良好，能阅读并撰写技术文档

加分：认证要求（优先考虑具备以下任一认证者）：

美国认可认证：
ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)：美国质量协会（ASQ）认证，国际认可度高，聚焦统计可靠性方法、失效分析与测试管理。
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)：由 SMRP 颁发，强调维护可靠性与资产管理。
ARP-E（Asset Reliability Practitioner – Engineer）：Mobius Institute 提供，注重资产可靠性与实操执行力。

中国境内认可：
拥有可靠性工程或质量管理相关的系统培训证书者优先；熟悉 GB/T 39604、GB/Z 299.1 等中国国家标准更佳
具备 DevOps Institute 或其他国际机构提供的 SRE 证书者，在软件系统可靠性方向将获得优先考虑
说明：如无上述认证但具备等效经验，公司将支持后续获得国际认证。

加分项：
熟悉 ISO 9001、IEC 61508、IPC 标准等国际质量体系
有设计验证（DV）、生产验证（PV）经验者优先
