unity岗位职责

技能要求：Unity3D , Lua岗位职责：1、 负责游戏产品客户端核心功能开发，并编写相关文档；2、 与策划人员、服务器端人员、美术人员进行有效的沟通协作，参与管理产品研发进度；任职要求：1、 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，有三年以上Unity客户端开发经验;2、 精通Lua脚本语言；3、 有高度的责任心，能承受较大工作压力；4、 思维严谨，逻辑清晰，有良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力

Responsibilities:1. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies2. Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts3. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews4. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness5. Liaise with Game and Project Team to stay updated on new features and eventsRequirements1. Proven work experience as a community manager in Game Industry2. Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)3. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)4. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Chinese5. Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask

职位描述：
1、负责Unity3d游戏整体架构和核心技术搭建，客户端功能开发；
2、针对游戏特性的关键技术点选型及攻坚，把控代码品质，参与制定美术规范；
3、精通大规模资源项目的代码和资源的热更新方案；
4、精通基于帧同步的3D动作项目的战斗框架设计；
5、Unity3d游戏的性能分析、优化、技术问题解决；
6、游戏Demo的开发实现，精通3C相关技术方案；
7、负责团队工作的进度把控，协调跨部门工作，保证游戏产品开发顺利。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2、至少8年以上Unity3d开发经验，3年以上客户端主程经验，完整参与过至少一个Unity3d动作游戏项目；有丰富的团队管理经验
3、具备已上线项目维护经验
4、具备丰富的Unity引擎实践经验，熟悉其框架和主要模块的功能特性；
5、具备针对帧率、内存、资源加载等优化的能力；
6、熟悉计算机图形学和UNITY渲染管线者优先；
7、善于沟通，有团队合作精神，具有强自驱力和抗压能力。
