Beijing Taichengxin Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Taichengxin") is a high-tech enterprise providing complete digital solutions for powertrain assembly, including process planning, design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and delivery services.
In the use of powertrains, there are three common problems: oil seal leakage, easy damage to bearings, gear noise or tooth damage. From the assembly perspective, we believe that the key to solving assembly quality lies in the preload of bearings on the shaft system. That is, the preload effect of bearings directly determines product life. Therefore, Taichengxin advocates a digital assembly concept with "tapered roller bearing preload technology" as the core, integrating various online inspection systems, mechatronics non-standard equipment, simple pallets, flexible conveyor lines, practical grid structures, and mature production management systems with independent intellectual property rights into high-tech digital assembly lines, widely serving well-known joint venture and domestic brands in powertrain (engine, transmission, axle, etc.).
The company currently has nearly 200 employees, 60% of whom are professional and technical personnel with senior industry experience. In 2013, two wholly-owned subsidiaries were established in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area and Nanchang High-tech Development Zone, with office areas and factories under construction. The company is committed to theoretical and practical research on digital assembly technology and currently holds multiple computer software copyright registration certificates, utility model patents, and invention patents. It has published multiple articles and papers in professional journals such as China Auto News and Auto Parts, and has successfully held three consecutive China High-end Manufacturing Digital Assembly Technology Forums.
