Shanghai Zhonghui Yida Financial Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhonghui Yida) was established in March 2011 with the approval of the People's Bank of China. As a domestic provider of fund business and risk management systems, its product platform ComStar offers integrated front, middle, and back office solutions for the fund business lines of various financial institutions in the market. The ComStar platform seamlessly connects with the domestic and foreign currency trading systems of CFETS, featuring functions such as data aggregation and cleansing, real-time risk management before and during trading, and post-trade STP straight-through processing. By integrating with various trading platforms, post-trade platforms, internal institutional systems, bond custody, and clearing systems, it helps target customers achieve full-process risk management and control of fund business, meeting various regulatory and compliance requirements.
