四川煤矿基本建设工程公司始建于1953年，是全国煤炭系统十大建设公司之一。总部设在四川省成都市中心，在郫县犀浦镇、新都区石板滩镇、宜宾市区及珙县均建有生产生活基地，占地面积300余亩。公司下设建筑、安装、路桥、井巷、金属加工、工程监理、设备租赁等二级机构，拥有各类工程施工设备600余台套，注册资金6180万元，年施工产值20亿多元。
