Ronghe Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ronghe Group"), since its initial establishment in 2003, after more than ten years of growth, has now formed a groupized industrial chain covering multiple fields such as capital investment and financing, real estate development, natural gas investment and operation, tourism resource development, tourism real estate development, municipal engineering, decoration and furnishing, building materials, and property management. Headquartered in the core area of Beijing CBD, with over a thousand employees, the Group has total assets of 2 billion yuan and owns more than 20 wholly-owned, controlling, and shareholding enterprises.
Facing today's sluggish real estate market, we have been courageous in exploring new ideas and adapting to development. As early as 2010, we targeted the vast market around Beijing, aiming at old city renovation, accelerating urbanization, and building Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration. In Luanping, we successively developed the old city renovation project with a total construction area of 130,000 square meters - Ronghe Times, and the green ecological project covering an area of 200,000 square meters - Ronghe Lingxiu, and achieved a good reputation locally.
In municipal engineering, Ronghe Group holds multiple industry qualifications including Grade I qualification for general contracting of municipal engineering, Grade III qualification for professional contracting of steel structure engineering, and Grade III qualification for professional contracting of mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering. It has also passed the ISO50430 "Quality Management Code for Engineering Construction Enterprises" certification. In long-term development, it has also reached strategic cooperation with many large enterprises such as Beijing Construction Engineering Group, Beijing Gas Group, and Beijing QuaDao Transportation Group, undertaking gas and heating pipeline projects in Huairou, Miyun, Metro Line 5, Line 6, Yizhuang Line, and other projects in Beijing.
In 2008, in response to the overall planning concept of Beijing's tourism development around Beijing and Tianjin, and in response to Hebei Province's strategic concept of "building a leisure tourism industry belt around Beijing and Tianjin", relying on the natural resources of Jinshanling Great Wall in Luanping, Chengde. In 2014, we focused on launching the development of the Jinshanling·Ronghe City tourism project, with a total investment of over 5 billion yuan, a core area of about 19 square kilometers, and an expansion area of about 12 square kilometers, with a planning period of 2014-2023. It is 100 kilometers from Beijing and 312 kilometers from Tianjin, within Beijing's 1.5-hour economic circle. The Jinshanling·Ronghe City tourism project has established Ronghe Group's development goal for the next 10 years.
