[Summary] 能源投资、开发与管理

湖北能源集团于2005年2月由原湖北省清江水电投资公司和湖北省电力开发公司合并组建而成，为国有独资企业。2007年，通过引入长江电力战略投资，实现股权多元化。2008年，实行股份制改造，变更为股份有限公司。2010年实现整体上市(股票代码: 000883)。2015 年年底，三峡集团成为公司实际控制人，湖北能源由湖北省国资委控股管理的省属国有企业，转变为三峡集团控股的二级子公司。作为“湖北省能源安全保障平台”和“三峡集团综合能源发展平台”，湖北能源已形成水电、火电、新能源、天然气、煤炭和金融的业务板块，初步建成了鄂西水电和鄂东火电两大电力能源基地，并积极构建煤炭和天然气供应保障网络，是我国能源业务品种*全的上市公司。
