Changjiang Securities Underwriting and Sponsoring Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in September 2003, formerly known as Changjiang BNP Paribas Securities Co., Ltd., and was one of the first batch of Sino-foreign joint venture securities companies established by Changjiang Securities and BNP Paribas. In January 2007, BNP Paribas transferred its equity to Changjiang Securities, and the Company became a professional investment banking subsidiary controlled by a listed securities company and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Its headquarters is located in Shanghai, with offices in Beijing, Shenzhen, and Wuhan.
Relying on the business integration mechanism of its parent company (Changjiang Securities), the Company provides customers with comprehensive and integrated one-stop financial services to meet the financing needs of corporate clients at different development stages.
