Zhongda'an Co., Ltd. was established on October 18, 1998, and was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on March 31, 2017, to be listed on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock abbreviation: Zhongda'an, stock code: 300635). It is the only listed company on the ChiNext Board whose main business is engineering supervision. After more than 20 years of continuous development and innovation, it has established a leading position in the supervision industry. In 2022, after Licheng Holdings Group and Dissen Crode Group jointly acquired actual control of Zhongda'an, Zhongda'an became the first listed company under their umbrella. Zhongda'an is deeply engaged in the field of construction project management. Zhongda'an and its subsidiaries hold the comprehensive qualification for engineering supervision issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD), as well as multiple professional Grade A qualifications such as chemical and petroleum engineering supervision; Grade A qualifications for water conservancy project construction supervision issued by the Ministry of Water Resources; multiple Grade A surveying and mapping qualifications related to the geographic information industry issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources; engineering survey qualifications issued by MOHURD; and various Grade A and B qualifications for design in multiple industries and specialties such as construction engineering, chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical engineering, oil and gas depot engineering in the chemical and petroleum natural gas industry, electric power engineering, municipal engineering (heating, gas, water supply), environmental engineering, and landscape architecture engineering. The company can undertake whole-process engineering consulting services in all professional fields covered by MOHURD and the Ministry of Water Resources (including engineering consulting, engineering survey, engineering design, cost consulting, bidding agency, engineering supervision, project management and agency construction, project risk management, and post-project evaluation), as well as provide survey-related assessment reports and solution services for the geographic information industry under the Ministry of Natural Resources. At the same time, it provides digital and intelligent services for whole-process project management to clients. The company's business areas now cover all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government except Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. Through the strategic layout of its Northern Headquarters (Jinan) and Greater Bay Area Headquarters (Guangzhou), it comprehensively carries out whole-process engineering consulting and "digital intelligence +" business, striving to become an excellent comprehensive service provider for new infrastructure.
