Guangzhou GAC Sofinco Finance Leasing Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 3.4 billion yuan, is a Sino-foreign joint venture limited liability company indirectly held 50% each by GAC Group and Crédit Agricole Group. The predecessor of GAC Sofinco Leasing was Guangzhou GAC Finance Leasing Co., Ltd., established in 2004. In September 2013, it obtained the financial leasing qualification approved by the Ministry of Commerce, becoming the first domestic-invested financial leasing company in Guangdong Province. In January 2025, it introduced a new shareholder, Crédit Agricole CIB, bringing advanced risk management experience and international resources. Relying on GAC Group's brand, resources, and industrial advantages, it has continuously accelerated its business layout. Currently, its business covers 31 provinces, 304 cities and autonomous prefectures, and 2,123 GAC dealerships. Focused on auto financial leasing services, its business involves four major segments: personal vehicles, corporate vehicles, dealer self-use vehicles, and commercial vehicle financial leasing. It customizes various financial leasing services according to different customer needs, committed to providing customers with professional, fast, and convenient auto financial leasing services.
