Guangzhou Lianyou Energy Co., Ltd. was established in December 2010 and is located at No. 36 Dongxuan Road, Huangpu District, Guangzhou. It is a new-type clean energy enterprise with a registered capital of USD 48 million. The company's business focuses on the deep processing of light hydrocarbons and related derivative fields. Currently, its business has formed an upstream and downstream industry chain centered on production enterprises, integrating hazardous chemical road transportation, light hydrocarbon import and export trade, pipeline gas, wholesale and retail of vehicle-use liquefied gas, and terminal sales of civil liquefied gas. The annual sales volume of light hydrocarbons exceeds 600,000 tons per year, with sales revenue reaching approximately RMB 4 billion. The company continuously integrates upstream resources and further expands its industry chain towards natural gas and refined oil products. The light hydrocarbon deep processing project of Lianyou Company covers an area of approximately 110,000 square meters and is implemented in two phases. The first phase adopts advanced domestic technology, using industrial liquefied petroleum gas as raw material to produce high-quality, highly clean vehicle-use and civil liquefied petroleum gas, with high value-added gasoline additives and mixed aromatics as by-products. Since its commissioning four years ago, the project has reached full-capacity production. In 2017, the annual production and sales volume exceeded 260,000 tons, with annual sales output value reaching RMB 1.7 billion. The second phase project plans to invest an additional USD 100 million and adopts the isooctane process technology developed by DuPont (USA) to produce 200,000 tons per year of high-octane gasoline additives, aiming to meet the market demand for high-quality gasoline blending components after the upgrade to China VI gasoline standards in the Pearl River Delta and surrounding areas. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2021, adding an output value of over RMB 2 billion.
