I. Company Profile China Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "CSG Energy", stock code: 003035) is a holding subsidiary of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. Established in December 2010, headquartered in Guangzhou, the company is engaged in energy-saving services, new energy, and comprehensive energy utilization. Over the past 14 years since its inception, CSG Energy has invested in and built a large number of influential large-scale green energy demonstration projects nationwide. It has been awarded three 5A certificates by the Energy-Saving Service Industry Committee of the China Energy Conservation Association, and has been recognized as the "Outstanding Contribution Enterprise in the Energy-Saving Service Industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan", "Top 100 National Energy-Saving Service Companies 2017 (First Place)", and "Guangdong Energy-Saving Outstanding Contribution Award (2019)". In 2018, the company was selected for the "Double Hundred Enterprise" list of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council; in 2019, it was selected as one of the fourth batch of mixed-ownership reform pilot enterprises by the National Development and Reform Commission; and in 2021, it was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first independently listed company within the China Southern Power Grid system. In 2022, it was rated as a national "Brand Enterprise in the Energy-Saving Service Industry". In 2023, multiple projects invested in and built by the company were rated as national green and low-carbon public institution energy-saving demonstration projects. In 2024, it won the Second Guoxin Cup ESG Golden Bull Award - Central Enterprise Top 50.
