Shunfeng International Clean Energy Limited (SFCE) is a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 01165), committed to becoming the world's leading comprehensive solution provider for low-carbon and energy-saving. Jiangsu Shunfeng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SFCE, was established in October 2005. It is a new high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, manufacturing, sales, and technical services of solar crystalline silicon cells. The company has a registered capital of RMB 4.836 billion and covers an area of 150 mu. It mainly produces 156*156 monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar cells. Through technological transformation, it provided products and technical services to 6 of the top 10 global shippers in that year. In 2018, based on the original cell production, RMB 400 million of new registered capital was invested to establish Shunfeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., expanding 1.5GW of high-efficiency monocrystalline cells. After expansion, together with Shunfeng Photovoltaic, the total output of solar cells will reach 2.7GW. The Changzhou Suntech Module Factory, scheduled for full production by the end of August 2020, is engaged in the research, development, and production of solar modules. Once completed, it will form an annual production capacity of 3.2GW.
