Changzhou Wujin Wuyang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service, producing a series of warp knitting machines, CNC machine tools, and high-end textiles. It currently comprises four companies: Wuyang Textile Machinery, Wuyang Saide, Chengzhong Printing and Dyeing, and Aishili Garments (Hong Kong). Products are distributed across most provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China and exported to more than thirty countries and regions, including Canada, Japan, the European Union, India, Malaysia, Spain, and Tunisia.
The company's Chairman, Wang Minqi, is a "National Model Worker in the Textile Industry System," a 2012 China Textile Industry Innovation Figure, one of the inaugural Jiangsu Brand Influential Figures, Vice Chairman of the Changzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, a top young and middle-aged talent of Changzhou, a member of the Wujin District Political Consultative Conference, and Vice Chairman of the Science and Technology Association of Wujin National High-tech Zone. In recent years, the company has successively developed series products including CNC multi-bar warp knitting machines, Jacquard fall-plate warp knitting machines, double needle bed jacquard warp knitting machines, fully formed intelligent garment warp knitting machines, intelligent CNC cam grinders, and gantry machining centers, leading the market by successfully launching 3-6 new products annually. The company's products have been included in 2 projects under the "Torch Program" of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and 1 project under the National Spark Program. The "semi-rigid fiberglass mesh base fabric" produced by our warp knitting machines, developed over six years, became key material for the solar charging sail panels of the "Tiangong-1" spacecraft launched in 2011, contributing to breaking foreign monopolies in China's aerospace and military fields.
The company has undertaken and completed the special project "Improving the Level of Major Technical Equipment for New Textile Machinery" assigned by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), and is currently fully implementing the project "Intelligent Warp Knitting Production Line for Efficient Weaving" assigned by the NDRC, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and the Ministry of Finance. It has completed tasks three times for formulating warp knitting machine industry standards assigned by the MIIT, as well as the integration of informatization and industrialization project "Multi-dimensional Precision Collaborative Control System" assigned by the Jiangsu Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission.
The company implements the development of three-dimensional fully formed intelligent warp knitting technology and high-end garments, applying independently developed intelligent integrated control, bidirectional multi-return multi-phase crank-linkage transmission, double-sided short-tongue latch needle multi-dimensional loop formation, high-performance electronic Jacquard patterning, and three-dimensional knitted product control software and other advanced technologies. This achieves production of stockings, tops, pants, skirts, and other garments made from various fibers that fully conform to the human body structure and characteristics, requiring no cutting or sewing, and never unraveling. The three-dimensional fully formed intelligent warp knitting equipment achieves fully formed knitting technology that computerized circular knitting machines, flat knitting machines, and sock knitting machines cannot accomplish, meeting the urgent needs of the knitting industry's transformation and upgrading.
