Bosch Automotive Parts (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 1999 and is one of the largest wholly-owned subsidiaries of Bosch Group in China. It covers a total area of 280,000 square meters with a total investment of USD 360 million. Currently, the company has an independent technical R&D center and a complete production and logistics base. The company is currently composed of four business divisions, responsible for producing and selling automotive electronics, chassis control, multimedia system components, and machinery equipment used for component assembly.

The electronic products of the Automotive Electronics Division provide customers with better occupant safety assurance and driving assistance functions, enhancing driving comfort. The Chassis Control System provides innovative active safety systems for the Chinese market, including ABS anti-lock braking systems, TCS traction control systems, and ESP electronic stability programs. The Automotive Multimedia Division's products cover car radios, navigation systems, entertainment systems, and instrument cluster products. The ATMO Division, as an internal supplier for Bosch, provides production assembly systems and special equipment, designing and assembling complete machines and production lines.
