学院现有校舍近20余万平方米，实验仪器设备总值2560余万元，图书馆电子藏书25GB，纸质藏书27万册，教学用计算机1200余台。已拥有全国居首、面积18000余平方米的（校内）道路桥梁施工模拟现场；面积30015平方米的筑施工模拟现场；西部一流的物流实训中心；与东风汽车股份有限公司合力打造的*的（校内）商用车人才培训基地等50多个实验实训中心。
