Chongqing Vocational College of Transportation

Chongqing Vocational College of Transportation is a full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education (Ministry of Education code: 14267). The college is located in Shuangfu New District, Chongqing, covering an area of 862.4 mu, with more than 8,000 students. It currently offers eight major categories of characteristic specialties, including roads and bridges, construction, railway, river and sea, aviation, automobile, transportation, and traffic information. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "based on transportation, oriented to the market, and serving society", it strengthens the construction of experimental and practical training bases, reinforces practical teaching links, and cultivates high-quality, highly skilled specialized talents for the motherland's transportation construction.
The college currently has nearly more than 200,000 square meters of school buildings, with the total value of experimental instruments and equipment exceeding 25.6 million yuan, 25GB of electronic books in the library, 270,000 paper books, and more than 1,200 teaching computers. It already has the nation's largest on-campus road and bridge construction simulation site of more than 18,000 square meters; a construction simulation site of 30,015 square meters; a western first-class logistics training center; a commercial vehicle talent training base on campus built jointly with Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd., and more than 50 other experimental and practical training centers.
