The company has three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Hunan Longke Fertilizer Co., Ltd., Yiyang Longke Agricultural Materials Chain Co., Ltd., and Hunan Longke Smart Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd.; and two shareholding companies: Chenzhou Longke Agricultural Production Materials Co., Ltd. and Hunan Zhongnong Longke Modern Agricultural Service Co., Ltd. The company owns the largest compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer production enterprises in Hunan Province, with production bases in Chenzhou, Changde, Yueyang, Shaoyang, and other places in Hunan, forming a product advantage of bases in the "east, south, west, and north" of Hunan, and a complete range of high-, medium-, and low-grade and new-type fertilizers. The "Longke Agricultural Materials" trademark owned by the company has been rated as a Famous Trademark of Hunan Province for two consecutive terms.
