Hunan Sunway Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998. For over 20 years, we have been deeply engaged in the field of natural plant extraction. We focus on the cultivation, extraction, research and development, and application of natural plants. Using high-tech technology, we research and produce four major series of products: rosemary extract, natural flavor oil, plant tannins, and plant proteins. We are an international high-tech enterprise dedicated to serving four major fields: human nutrition, animal health, natural personal care, and electronic chemicals. We have introduced professionals from various fields, established well-equipped laboratories and supporting pilot laboratories, and possess a comprehensive research and development system. These include a plant extraction laboratory, supercritical extraction laboratory, synthesis laboratory, microbiology laboratory, food application laboratory, animal nutrition application laboratory, personal care application laboratory, and flavor application laboratory. Over the past 20 years, through unremitting efforts and innovation, we have gradually developed advanced technologies and products with distinctive features, significant efficacy, and industry-leading levels in many fields such as extraction technology, separation and purification technology, membrane technology, fermentation process technology, and compounding application, achieving top advanced levels in related fields. The company collaborates with multiple domestic and international research institutions and renowned enterprises for cooperative research and development. We have established long-term strategic partnerships with China Agricultural University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Central South University, Shanghai Institute of Technology, as well as the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, University of London, the National Institutes of Health of the United States, University of Hohenheim in Germany, and Cranfield University in the United Kingdom. Currently, we have built three major production bases and five production factories, with 100,000 square meters of modern workshops and high-standard warehouses. We have successively built 35 independent production workshops, some of which are designed and constructed in strict accordance with GMP requirements, with clean areas meeting Class 100,000 standards. We produce over 100 varieties of products across four major series. The factories are equipped with water extraction, solvent extraction, and continuous countercurrent extraction equipment, and possess high-specification large-scale supercritical CO2 extraction devices, capable of meeting the production requirements for various high-standard natural plant extracts. Rigorous on-site production management and quality control safeguard the production of high-quality products. Sunway Industrial always regards product quality as the life of the enterprise. We have established ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and GMP+B1 quality and food (feed) safety management systems. Our quality and food (feed) safety policy is: "Follow operating standards to ensure product quality and safety; improve the management system to ensure customer satisfaction." Products undergo strict quality control throughout the entire production process until the final finished product is generated. We not only strictly comply with but also exceed standard and regulatory requirements in some areas to ensure products are safe, reliable, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards for product applications. In our testing laboratory, we are equipped with advanced instruments such as liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, UV-visible spectrophotometers, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometers, and atomic absorption spectrophotometers. Using advanced testing instruments to inspect raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, we maintain high standards and strict requirements at every stage of production, providing strong guarantees for the continuous stability of product quality. Sunway Industrial was among the first in the rosemary processing field to obtain EU and US organic processing and trading certificates. The entire process from organic raw material supplier evaluation—organic raw material procurement—raw material storage—product processing—finished product storage—sales is managed in accordance with the requirements of the EU Organic Regulation EEC 834/2007. This enables us to meet high-end market demands and produce organic products that meet customer requirements. Sunway products are sold to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide. We search for the finest raw materials from nature and, using environmentally friendly processing methods, provide customers with products in fields such as human nutrition, animal health, natural personal care, and electronic chemicals. At the same time, we continuously conduct basic technical research to provide customers with comprehensive personalized product support services. We customize product development for customers, provide customized raw material testing and analysis for customers, and promote products together with customers. Customer needs are Sunway's eternal goal. We adhere to the concept of sustainable cultivation, respect the natural environment and local customs of central and western China, and adopt sustainable agricultural practices to cultivate and grow rosemary. From breeding, cutting, planting, to harvesting, we continuously explore and innovate in every process. After 10 years of unremitting efforts, we have finally achieved large-scale successful cultivation. Combining the natural raw materials gifted to Sunway by nature, we use zero-pollution production processes to extract plant essences. The extracted leaf residue is made into organic fertilizer to continue cultivating rosemary, cycling endlessly and endlessly regenerating. We are people-oriented and have established an occupational health and safety management system in accordance with ISO 45001 to ensure the safety and health of enterprise personnel. We adhere to the path of sustainable development, advocate green environmental protection concepts, comply with laws and regulations, implement pollution prevention and continuous improvement throughout the entire process from production management to service, and have established an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001. We choose to operate in impoverished areas, providing free seedlings to local farmers, teaching techniques, and helping poor farmers escape poverty and become prosperous. Through our own development, we promote employment and improve livelihoods. We have built 60,000 mu of our own rosemary planting bases in China, with plans to complete the construction of 100,000 mu of planting bases in the coming years. We develop antibiotic replacement products to address the misuse of antibiotics in animal feed and make our due contribution to food safety. At the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, when medical supplies were scarce, the company used its own channels to urgently procure masks and other protective materials from abroad and donated epidemic prevention materials to the Red Cross. After the domestic epidemic stabilized, we donated epidemic prevention materials to overseas customers, including those in Italy, Germany, France, the United States, Spain, and Austria.
