Shenzhen Hongwei Tengfei Network Co., Ltd. was established in July 2011.
In February 2012, it became a regional partner for Dell server distribution products.
In July 2014, it became a distributor for Dell network products in South China.
Headquartered in Beijing, Zhongwang Zhiteng was established in 2003. In November 2005, the company officially entered the Dell server and storage product business, and determined distribution and direct sales as its leading directions. In 2008, DELL workstations were officially added, mainly focusing on servers, storage (MD series), and workstations (graphic workstations). In the same year, in 2008, Zhongwang Zhiteng officially became Dell's first batch of "Dell Industry Authorized Partners" and "Dell (China) North China and Northeast China Server Product Agents."
In 2009, it was awarded one of Dell's Top Ten Partners for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China.
At present, Zhongwang Zhiteng has branches in Central China, North China, South China, East China, and other regions.
In May 2010, Zhongwang Zhiteng established the Shanghai branch.
In July 2011, Zhongwang Zhiteng established the Shenzhen branch.
In July 2012, Zhongwang Zhiteng established the Guangzhou branch.
In October 2013, Zhongwang Zhiteng established the Wuhan branch.
