江苏国润机械制造有限公司成立于2010年，注册资金1.32亿元，公司位于淮海名城工程机械之都------徐州，是专业从事工程机械中厚板钣金结构件的研发、设计、制造的国家高新技术企业。企业现有职工500余人，技术、质量、安全等高精专管理人员50人，中高级技术职称人员30人。
公司拥有钢板切割、加工、结构件焊接及成品涂装等全工序加工制造设备，工艺先进、设备精良：以高功率激光切割为主的智能化下料设备16台，年产能10万余吨；6条焊接加工专业产线机器人50台和大中型加工中心20余台，结构件年产能8.5万件；大型结构件涂装年产能25万㎡。产品门类覆盖各类工程机械的结构件，可以根据客户不同的质量标准和技术要求，制定专属工艺、实现定制化的产品交付。
公司下辖两大生产基地。本部厂区位于徐州经开区徐海路199号，占地面积约190亩，生产车间面积60000平方米，科研综合楼面积7000平方米 ，主要致力于挖机动臂、斗杆、上车等产品单件、小组件、结构件生产。 西厂区位于徐州经开区徐海路92号，占地面积约80亩，生产车间面积50000平方米，科研综合楼面积4000平方米，主要致力于挖斗属具、下车产品的生产。
