In 1993, Worldunion Real Estate was established and officially entered the domestic real estate service field, being one of the earliest professional real estate consulting service institutions in China.
In 1997, Worldunion Real Estate began comprehensive exploration of agency sales for various property types.
In 1999, Worldunion Real Estate's consulting business took off at the high end.
In 2001, Worldunion Real Estate set up its first branch in Beijing and began to expand nationwide.
In 2007, Worldunion Real Estate underwent overall restructuring, and Shenzhen Worldunion Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd. was established, referred to as "Worldunion Real Estate".
In 2008, Worldunion Real Estate's listing application was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
In 2009, Worldunion Real Estate strived to transform into a public company with good governance.
In 2010, Worldunion Real Estate's agency business sales exceeded 100 billion for the first time, becoming China's largest real estate service provider by sales.
In 2011, it acquired a controlling stake in Chongqing Weilian Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd., accelerating its national layout and advancing into the Southwest.
In 2012, Worldunion became the first comprehensive real estate service agency in China with annual agency sales exceeding 200 billion.
In 2013, with a daily transaction volume of 820 million, Worldunion became the first real estate service provider in China with agency sales exceeding 300 billion, and sales in 13 core cities also exceeded 10 billion, leading the real estate service industry with an absolute advantage of 4.5% market share. After 20 years of development, Worldunion has become a nationwide real estate service provider with over 15,000 employees, providing professional marketing agency and consulting services for nearly 20,000 developers, and helping 6 million families realize their home ownership dreams!
In 2014, Worldunion officially changed its name to "Shenzhen Worldunion Properties Consultancy Co., Ltd.", referred to as "Worldunion".
