中信银行信用卡中心是中信银行总行在深圳设立的对信用卡业务进行统一管理、集中操作、独立核算的业务部门，属中信银行总行一级部门，是中信银行信用卡业务全国总部。2007年12月，经中国银监会批准成为国内同行业为数不多的几家分行级信用卡专营机构之一，业务范围包括办理本外币信用卡的发卡业务；办理信用卡项下的本外币贷款、结算、结汇和结汇、外汇兑换业务；代理国外金融机构和国际组织的信用卡的发卡、付款及资金清算业务。
