It has dual headquarters in Shenzhen and Beijing, and branch offices in Shanghai, Nanjing, Chongqing, and other cities. It specializes in planning and design research in the fields of urban development and construction, and is particularly known for planning small and medium-sized cities around large cities, earning it the reputation of a "general practitioner expert in the development of small and medium-sized cities." Its business segments cover the entire chain of urban planning and design, from traditional planning such as urban development strategy, urban system planning, urban master planning, near-term construction planning, detailed planning, urban design, and municipal transportation engineering planning and design, to industrial new city planning, ecological design, real estate development planning, and special research on urbanization, industrial layout, land supply, transportation development, urban appearance, and urban planning management, enabling full-process services.
