Wuhan Landscape and Greening Construction Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Yuanfa Company") was registered and established in November 2012 in accordance with the spirit of Document No. 47 (2012) of the General Office of the CPC Wuhan Municipal Committee, with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. It is a wholly state-owned green industry group mainly engaged in urban landscape and greening construction, and is the construction and operation entity of the "10th China (Wuhan) International Garden Expo 2015". It owns multiple wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Hankouli Holdings Co., Ltd., Yangtze River Civilization Museum Operation and Management Co., Ltd., Wuhan Yuanbo Automobile Service Co., Ltd., Wuhan Landscape Architecture Planning and Design Institute, Wuhan Flowers and Trees Company, Wuhan Landscape Architecture Company, and Wuhan Landscape Sculpture Institute.
