China Gezhouba Group Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was founded in early 1971 to construct the Gezhouba Water Control Project on the Yangtze River. It was established by assembling elite professionals from various fields of power transmission, transformation, and water conservancy and hydropower. The Company is an important construction subsidiary of China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd., a backbone enterprise under China Energy Engineering Group.

The Company holds multiple qualifications, including the special grade qualification for general contracting of electric power engineering construction and the design qualification for the electric power industry. It possesses the capability to undertake related electric power engineering survey, design, general contracting, project management, as well as incremental distribution networks, smart microgrids, and various new energy power stations, clean electric heating projects, planning, design, investment, construction, operation and maintenance management, as well as grid system commissioning, power monitoring, power trading services, demand-side services for power users, contract energy management, and other related service businesses.

The Company implements the "going global" strategy, with 14 overseas ongoing projects focusing on power transmission and transformation, photovoltaic, wind power, etc., mainly distributed in 6 countries including Venezuela, Laos, Malaysia, Nigeria, Myanmar, and the Dominican Republic. The total contract amount exceeds 10 billion RMB.
