State Power Investment Corporation Limited is a super-large state-owned key backbone enterprise directly managed by the central government, shouldering the important mission of ensuring national energy security. It was established in May 2015 through the restructuring and merger of China Power Investment Corporation and State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation.
