Jiangxi Zhongmei Aoge Information Industry Co., Ltd. was established on May 23, 2013. It is an emerging GIS company focused on land and resources informatization research and development. It was jointly invested and established by the Surveying and Mapping Brigade of Jiangxi Coalfield Geology Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the "Surveying and Mapping Brigade") and Shengfeng Investment Holding Group (hereinafter referred to as "Shengfeng Group"), with Shengfeng Group holding controlling shares. The Surveying and Mapping Brigade is a fully financially allocated public institution affiliated with Jiangxi Coalfield Geology Bureau. Established in 1995, after 20 years of development, it has grown from a single surveying and mapping operation into a high-tech enterprise with considerable influence in the province in the development and application of surveying, mapping and geographic information technology products. Its current main businesses include: basic surveying and mapping, aerial surveying and photography, geographic information system engineering, software research and development, land use planning, aeromagnetic measurement, etc. It currently has 220 employees, including 1 professor-level senior engineer, 20 senior engineers, and 5 national registered surveyors.
Shengfeng Investment Holding Group was approved for establishment by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The group originated from Beijing Heping Xinbo Investment Co., Ltd. It emerged from the tide of mining development and, in response to market development, has now formed a diversified development direction, with business covering mining, technology, land, agriculture and forestry, and many other fields.
