In August 2006, it was renamed Zheshang Securities. Headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with a registered capital of RMB 4.574 billion, Zheshang Securities was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 26, 2017, with stock code 601878, and is the first state-controlled listed securities firm in Zhejiang Province.
