公司占地面积193亩，建筑面积64500㎡，拥有机械设计、车辆工程、流体机械、机电一体化、电机等专业技术人才90多人，是浙江省级企业技术中心。其中高、中级职称的工程师队伍有50多人，产业技术工人700多人。
截止目前，公司已开发并申报发明各项专利114件，已获授权专利89件，是浙江省专利示范企业、衢州市创新型企业。公司产品为北汽福田、三一重工、徐工集团、中国重汽、江淮汽车、东风柳汽、重汽杭发等十六家国内一线品牌整车工厂及发动机工厂提供原厂配套；国际业务遍及欧洲、北美、南美洲、中东、东南亚、等国家地区，售后市场建立了40多家分销代理商。
