Company Profile: Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd. was founded in November 1992 and officially commenced operations on September 17, 1993. It is a joint-stock air transport enterprise mainly engaged in passenger, cargo, and mail air transportation. Since the commencement of operations, it has maintained 13 years of profitability and 14 years of safe flight, and the company has won widespread social praise with safe flight, quality service, good economic returns, and an efficient management model. As of the end of December 2007, Shenzhen Airlines had total assets of nearly RMB 20 billion, more than 8,500 employees, and over 70 aircraft of various types including Boeing 747 and 737 and Airbus 320 and 319, operated more than 160 domestic and international routes, and had 57 sales offices at home and abroad.
