公司于2007年注册成立于中关村科技园丰台分园。专注于体外诊断试剂盒用生物原材料的研发生产和销售，以及新型试剂盒的研发；经过多年的从无到有的发展，已经初步建立了基因重组蛋白研发平台、抗体研发平台、蛋白纯化平台和试剂盒研发平台等研发、使用和测试平台；并和客户建立了联合研发平台；已经成功开发了若干个广受市场欢迎的产品，并建立了良好的市场渠道。2009年公司的一项技术产品获得了国家科技部的“中小企业创新基金”的立项支持。公司致力于向客户提供更方便、更可靠和和更准确的产品，不断提升中国IVD产品品质。
