Minsheng Trust

China Minsheng Trust Co., Ltd., formerly known as China Tourism International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd., was established in October 1994. In December 2012, the China Banking Regulatory Commission approved the company's restructuring and equity change plan. On April 16, 2013, the company completed re-registration and changed its name to China Minsheng Trust Co., Ltd. On April 28, 2013, the company officially resumed operations. The registered capital is RMB 7 billion, and the controlling shareholder is Wuhan Central Business District Co., Ltd.
The company is a mixed-ownership enterprise, which has formed flexible, efficient, and practical market-oriented mechanisms in business decision-making, risk control, talent development, incentive and constraint systems, and cultural orientation, fully demonstrating the advantages of mixed ownership.
Since resuming operations in April 2013, the company has maintained steady and rapid development, continuously improving its proactive management capabilities. It has made in-depth arrangements in five major fields: wealth, investment, investment banking, asset management, and financing. The proportion of actively managed asset scale exceeds 75%, ranking at a leading level in the industry. Over the past five years, the company has distributed nearly RMB 40 billion in trust income, creating substantial investment returns for high-end wealth clients and institutional investors while setting new records for industry development speed.
