China ACG Group Co., Ltd. is a state-owned cultural enterprise group officially inaugurated in Beijing on November 12, 2009. It currently comprises multiple enterprise groups and enterprises, including its animation and game production company Zhongyu Culture Co., Ltd., Beijing Zhongwenfa Group, China ACG Group Investment Company, and the Oriental Art Trading Center.

With the mission of implementing the national animation and game revitalization plan and leading and promoting the leapfrog development of China's animation and game industry, China ACG Group Co., Ltd. adheres to the correct orientation and the strategies of cultural creativity and market operation. By integrating resources, strengthening cooperation, creating quality products, serving enterprises, and promoting exchanges, it seeks to enhance the quality of the domestic animation and game industry, lead the industry's scientific development, and strive to build itself into a flagship enterprise of China's animation and game industry that represents the national level and possesses international competitiveness.

The main businesses of China ACG Group Co., Ltd. include: researching, developing, producing, and manufacturing animation and game products; building animation and game industry cluster parks; developing the animation performance industry and market; and establishing collaborative platforms for animation and game business exhibitions, public technical services, copyright trade, and information and news.

In 2010, while actively preparing animation industry parks and bases and producing animation film and television products, China ACG Group successively led delegations to participate in the Tokyo International Anime Fair, the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in France, and the Berlin International Short Film Festival, successfully organized and hosted the 8th China International Network Culture Expo, and created and launched the 2011 First China Animation Spring Festival Gala and the First China Animation Music Spring Festival Gala.
