Company Profile In 1985, Guangdong Architectural Art Design Institute Co., Ltd. was officially established. After experiencing twenty years of trials and hardships, Jianyi has now become a large-scale comprehensive design entity with Class A architectural design qualifications, Class B landscape design qualifications, and Class B urban planning design qualifications. Guangdong Architectural Art Design Institute has set up branches in more than ten cities both within and outside the province, including Nanjing, Ningbo, Changsha, Shenzhen, Foshan, Zhuhai, Wuhan, etc. The company currently has 110 employees, of whom 52 hold intermediate or higher professional titles and 20 hold senior professional titles. It has professional disciplines including urban planning, architectural design, structural design, water supply and drainage, electrical lighting, intelligent systems, HVAC, landscape design, interior decoration design, landscape architecture, and budget estimation.
