The company was established in October 1975 and is affiliated with Jiangxi Provincial Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. It is the only comprehensive design institute in Jiangxi Province holding all Class A qualifications in the highway sector, and is a high-tech enterprise. It has successively been awarded honorary titles such as National Advanced Unit in Engineering Survey, National Excellent Design Institute, and Innovative Enterprise in the National Survey and Design Industry. Since its establishment, the company has completed the design of over 6,000 kilometers of expressways, more than 20 extra-large bridges, and over 100 highway tunnels.
