企业是由原上海工业大学与上汽股份有限公司汽齿总厂共同投资于1993年组建的热处理专业厂，2004年成功改制为混合所有制形式的专业热处理公司。 公司规模属中小型企业，拥有中、高频感应热处理，渗碳、渗氮、氮碳共渗等表面化学热处理加工生产设备，主要为上海大众、上海通用、日本牧田、日立海立、瀚德等多家知名公司加工配套，公司从1996年至今连续被认定为上海市高新技术企业，先后通过了ISO9002、ISO/TS16949：2002质量管理体系认证，2008年12月通过了环境管理体系认证。经过多年发展，公司在上海成为在业内享有盛名的专业热处理生产企业，总部设在上海嘉定区马陆励学路918号，并在昆山、武汉、南京、重庆、湖州设有投资子公司。
