(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was established in 1994, and is a limited liability company jointly invested by Shanghai Baosteel Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and four domestically renowned metallurgical design and research institutes. The registered capital of the Company is RMB 10 million.
After more than ten years of development, the Company has grown into a large-scale comprehensive modern engineering consulting service enterprise with a certain scale and holding eight national Class A practicing qualifications. Its main business covers engineering construction supervision, engineering equipment supervision, information software supervision, engineering cost consulting, engineering consulting, engineering bidding agency, government procurement bidding agency, technology management, and project management in fields such as metallurgy, building construction, chemical industry, mechanical and electrical installation, electric power, municipal engineering, environmental protection, light industry and textile, and biology.
Since its establishment, the Company has undertaken the engineering consulting and supervision business of more than 2,000 engineering projects, with a total investment amount exceeding 300 billion yuan. It has successively undertaken metallurgical construction projects for Shanghai Baosteel and other large domestic steel plants, as well as many key projects, super-large construction projects, and landmark buildings in various provinces and cities across the country, with its footprint covering more than 20 provinces and cities nationwide. Especially in recent years, the Company has developed rapidly, with all economic indicators rising steadily, output value and profits reaching historical highs year after year, and annual contract amounts exceeding 100 million yuan.
