上海市创造科技创新研究中心（以下简称中心）其前身是中国创造学会（依托于科技部、科协以及民政部），主要为企事业单位提供科技咨询中介服务，是我国在深化科技体制改革过程中创立的新型技术创新与社会化科技中介服务机构。其宗旨是背靠政府，面向企业，整合社会科技力量，努力架设企业与科技、企业与政府、企业与市场及企业间的信息桥梁，为广大企事业单位提供综合配套科技服务，协助其建立技术创新机制，增强技术创新能力和市场竞争力，并走上一个与国家政策接轨的更为健康的良性运营道路。
