Hunan Haimeng Investment Co., Ltd. was established in March 1999. The company is mainly engaged in real estate project development, self-owned property operation, urban infrastructure construction on behalf of the government, and investment and operation of new energy industry projects. As of the end of December 2016, total assets exceeded 15 billion yuan.

The company currently has more than 500 employees and senior management personnel, including more than 30 highly specialized talents such as professor-level senior engineers, registered construction engineers, and Ph.D. holders; 155 personnel with intermediate technical titles; and more than 300 personnel with bachelor's degrees or above. The company has wholly-owned, controlling, and share-participating companies totaling more than 30.

The company currently has multiple projects in Pingjiang, Huaihua, Chenxi, Zixing, Ningyuan, and other places.

In 2018, the company established the headquarters of Haimeng Real Estate Group (Hunan Shengshi Haimeng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.).
