Founded in 2013, the company's R&D and administrative headquarters is located at Pujiang Wisdom Plaza, Minhang District, Shanghai. At its inception, taking the 2012 new edition of essential drugs as an opportunity, the company positioned itself as a professional brand drug marketing service provider, with a professional promotion team of over 200 people, starting from third-party drug promotion services. Since 2018, the company has invested heavily in establishing an R&D center for new drug development. It possesses a complete pharmaceutical research system and supporting systems, and has established more than 300 documents that meet the requirements of the MAH quality management system. As a practitioner of the MAH system, in early 2021, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Lingyao Biotechnology successfully obtained the MAH enterprise drug manufacturing license, and currently multiple products have been submitted for registration applications to the national CDE. In the coming years, the company plans to submit no fewer than four products for registration applications each year. The company has established a sound drug lifecycle quality management system in compliance with MAH regulatory requirements, with the capability for full MAH ecosystem chain management and operation, including drug R&D project initiation, pharmaceutical R&D, clinical CRO management, drug registration, drug CMO production management, pharmacovigilance system, and marketing promotion services. In line with the national centralized procurement and consistency evaluation import substitution strategy, it aims to achieve a sustainable and profitable business model and ultimately upgrade from imitation to innovation.
