Hunan Fangzheng Project Management Co., Ltd. was established in February 1998. It is a Grade A national engineering construction supervision enterprise with independent legal person status, and is one of the earliest enterprises in Hunan Province engaged in engineering consulting, project agent construction, construction supervision, cost consulting, and bidding agency services in the field of engineering construction.
The company now possesses Grade A qualifications for housing construction engineering supervision, Grade A for municipal public engineering supervision, Grade A for environmental supervision, Grade B for electric power engineering supervision, and Grade B for civil air defense engineering supervision. It is among the first batch of project agent construction qualification units approved by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, as well as a land comprehensive improvement supervision qualification enterprise recognized by the Hunan Provincial Department of Land and Resources.
The company is a vice chairman unit of the Hunan Province Construction Supervision Association, a technological innovation small giant enterprise, a tax contribution unit, and a college graduate employment internship base.
