Hunan Fantianwa Food Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 (its predecessors were Changsha Yuhua District Latiantian Food Factory and Changsha County Latiantian Food Factory), located in Juhetang Industrial Park, Huangxing New Village, Huangxing Town, Changsha County. It is a provincial-level private enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales of Hunan-style extruded pastries. The company covers an area of 39 mu, with an expected total investment of 80 million yuan, of which 46.8 million yuan has been invested. The building area is 19,880 square meters. It currently has a professional management team with a reasonable structure, excellent business skills, and high overall quality, of which 67% hold college degrees or above. The company deeply understands that quality is the foundation of survival. It adopts advanced production equipment, combines the century-old traditional food craftsmanship of 'non-fried' processing, and implements total quality management and the HACCP food safety management system. The bacterial index of its products is far below the industry standard, with a 100% factory pass rate and an annual output of over 2 million boxes. In 2013, the new factory building was completed, and it is expected that production in 2014 will exceed 3 million boxes, with an output value of over 100 million yuan.
