Yuefeng Environmental Protection Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuefeng Environmental Protection") is mainly engaged in full-industry-chain services for urban environmental management. The company began investing in and operating waste-to-energy business in 2003 and is one of the earliest enterprises in China to engage in harmless treatment of domestic waste. In 2014, it was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with stock code 01381. After listing, Yuefeng Environmental Protection was successively included as a constituent stock of several Hang Seng Indexes. After more than ten years of stable operation and high-quality development, Yuefeng Environmental Protection has grown into a diversified modern enterprise group. Its business scope covers: urban domestic waste incineration for power generation, food waste treatment, general industrial waste and hazardous waste treatment, landfill operation and management, treatment of legacy waste in landfills, urban cleaning services, and integrated sanitation operation management, forming a sound pattern of coordinated development across the entire industry chain. As of April 2021, it has 34 waste-to-energy projects located in provinces and municipalities including Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, and Shanghai, with a daily processing capacity of approximately 50,000 tons. Projects under expansion are spread across Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shanxi, and Guizhou provinces, as well as Southeast Asia, Africa, and South America.
