坐落于栖霞区龙潭镇，原龙潭中心小学用地，钱洁语言康复中心前身为雨花台区婷婷聋童幼儿园，创办于2003年6月。2013年与栖霞区残联合作办理的栖霞区钱洁语言康复中心，中心内设专业评估中心、FM调频系统、音疗室、主题教学室、感谢训练室等多功能教室，绿化占建筑面积30%，是一所园林式康复中心。中心至今已发展成为江苏省专为学龄前儿童康复服务的大型公助民营的康复机构。
