2006年，百康海恩科技公司成立于北京海淀,其前身由中国文化科技部下属企业转化而来，公司成立伊始，就致力发展健康产业和进出口贸易，先后与北京大学、人民大学、南开大学、台湾国立大学、美国加利福尼亚大学、加拿大生命科学院等学院的国内外专家联合，研究生命基因工程和长寿工程，并获得很高的荣誉和评价。2010年公司把部分研究成果转化成产品, 分别在北京、济南、成都设立叁家机构。为实现为民健康，还原蓝天/造福一方的心愿，现特邀广大有志同盟的加入。
