China Construction First Group Third Construction Co., Ltd., established in 1952 and affiliated with China Construction First Group, has been dedicated to national key projects and urban construction for 67 years, making significant contributions to national economic and social development. In super-high-rise construction and other fields, it has built the Dawangjing super-high-rise building cluster in Beijing's second CBD, China's first Wanda One series project and the world's largest Wanda Xi'an One project under construction, Kuntai Hotel, the Northeast Media Culture Plaza, once the tallest building in Northeast China and a Luban Award winner, Phase II and III of Zhongguancun International Shopping Center, the most international large-scale multi-functional shopping center within Beijing's Olympic business district, the Fanhai International SOHO City Land Parcel 12 project, Wuhan's largest super large-scale urban complex, the Peking University International Hospital project, which won the National Quality Project Award and is Asia's largest single comprehensive medical building, the Huangshi Wanda Plaza, a landmark building in Huangshi City, and the Xuzhou Suning Plaza, the tallest building in the Huaihai region. In the large-scale plant sector, it has constructed the Wuhan Huawei R&D Center, the world's largest optoelectronic R&D base, the JD.com Asia No.1 Qingdao Logistics Park project, Asia's largest and most automated modern logistics center in the B2C industry, and the JD.com Asia No.1 Dongguan Machong project, the country's most advanced e-commerce base and logistics hub center.
