Kangwei Group is a group company established on July 1, 2015 by Jiangxi Kangwei Electric Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Huadong Electric Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Nengchuang Electric Power Survey and Design Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Jieneng Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.
The Group adopts a business unit management system for its subordinate enterprises. At present, the Group has under it the 'Marketing Center, Financial Management Center, Comprehensive Management Center, Technology R&D Center, Electric Power Design Business Unit, Electric Power Engineering Business Unit, Electric Power Supervision Business Unit, and Intelligent Distribution Network Business Unit'. It currently has more than 200 employees, including 32 registered engineers of various national categories, 37 senior engineers, and more than 60 assistant engineers and above. More than 90% of the employees have a college degree or above.
The member enterprises of Kangwei Group have obtained multiple professional industry qualifications, including 'Electric Power Industry (Substation, Transmission) Design Grade B', 'Engineering Survey Specialty (Engineering Measurement) Grade B', 'Engineering Consulting Specialty (Thermal Power) Grade C', 'Installation (Repair, Test) of Electric Power Facilities Grade 3', and 'Transmission and Transformation Engineering Professional Contracting Grade 3'. They have passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. They possess multiple patented technologies and patented products, as well as honorary titles such as 'Dual-Soft Enterprise' and 'High-Tech Enterprise'.
In the future, Kangwei Group will focus on the electric power energy field, leveraging its own advantages to cultivate intensively in the distribution and utilization market of power systems at 110kV and below. It will provide customers with comprehensive services and turnkey complete solutions in power planning consulting, power design, intelligent distribution network product research and development, complete equipment supply, installation and commissioning, engineering construction, power transmission and commissioning, energy management, operation and maintenance, engineering supervision, cost consulting, bidding agency, and engineering project management. It strives to build itself into a full-industry-chain engineering service group within five years.
Introduction to the Four Departments and Four Centers:
1. Marketing Center
It is uniformly responsible for market development, business marketing, channel development, product publicity, and promotion of various businesses of the Group. The Center currently has functional departments such as the Marketing Department, Jiangxi Marketing Zone A, Jiangxi Marketing Zone B, Out-of-Province Zone C, and Out-of-Province Southern Grid Zone D, with business covering all provinces and cities across the country.
2. Financial Management Center:
It is uniformly responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of financial work such as fund management, budget control, accounting, tax coordination, financial analysis, and investment and financing of the Group. It fully leverages the role of finance in forecasting, control, analysis, and supervision in business management, and provides decision-making basis for management. The Center currently has two functional departments: the Finance Department and the Audit Department.
3. Comprehensive Management Center:
It is uniformly responsible for the planning, organization, scheduling, and execution of comprehensive management administrative work of the Group, including administrative management, system construction, external liaison, human resources management, corporate culture construction, internal operations, and logistics support. The Center currently has three functional departments: the Human Resources Department, the Administration Department, and the Logistics Department.
4. Technology R&D Center
It is uniformly responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of the Group's R&D planning, product planning, technology management, technology reserve, and talent cultivation. It undertakes the Group's informatization construction and management, as well as the formulation and improvement of various production processes and technical standards. The Center currently has two functional departments: the Technology Management Department and the R&D Department.
5. Electric Power Design Business Unit:
The main body of the Business Unit is Jiangxi Nengchuang Electric Power Survey and Design Co., Ltd., one of the earliest private electric power design enterprises in Jiangxi Province. It currently ranks among the top three private electric power design units in Jiangxi Province in comprehensive ranking. It has special qualifications such as 'Electric Power Industry Design Grade B', 'Engineering Survey Specialty Grade B', 'Engineering Consulting Grade C', and 'Project Management Grade C'. It is currently expanding out-of-province business and the 220kV market. According to the Group's strategic plan, Nengchuang Design will continue to expand the scale of its main business and become the engineering technology core of the entire Group. It currently has: the Substation Department, Transmission Department, Distribution Department, Civil Engineering Department, Cost and Technical Economics Department, and Planning and Operation Department.
6. Electric Power Engineering Business Unit
The main body of the Business Unit is (Jiangxi Kangwei Electric Technology Co., Ltd.), established in 2010. After years of development, it has gained a certain reputation in the electric power industry in Jiangxi Province and is the only enterprise in Jiangxi Province producing secondary equipment for power systems with independent intellectual property rights. According to the Group's strategic plan, starting in 2016, it has fully undertaken general contracting of electric power engineering and intelligent operation and maintenance 'e-power service' business, gradually transforming into an electric power engineering service company. It has obtained industry certificates such as 'Transmission and Transformation Engineering Professional Contracting', 'License for Installation (Repair, Test) of Electric Power Facilities', and 'Safety Production License'. It currently has: the Transmission and Distribution Team, Testing Team, and Outdoor Line Team.
7. Electric Power Supervision Business Unit:
The main body of the Business Unit is Jiangxi Jieneng Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., established in 2000. It was once the main service supplier for relay protection and substation secondary equipment in Jiangxi Province, with abundant technical and market resources. According to the Group's strategic plan, starting in 2016, electric power engineering supervision has become its main business, and it is currently applying for various professional qualifications.
8. Intelligent Distribution Network Business Unit:
The main body of the Business Unit is Jiangxi Huadong Electric Co., Ltd., established in 1994. It is a 'High-Tech Enterprise' and 'Software Enterprise' specializing in the research, development, and production of relay protection testing instruments and test power supplies. The relay protection testing instruments and test power supply cabinets independently developed and produced by the company have successively won honorary titles such as 'High-Tech Product Certificate', 'Jiangxi Province New Product', 'Jiangxi Province Excellent Key New Product', and 'National Key New Product'. It has been rated as a 'Contract-Abiding and Credit-Worthy AA Enterprise' and an 'Advanced Enterprise of Nanchang National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone'. According to the Group's strategic plan, starting in 2016, it will gradually increase investment in research and development, and transform Huadong Electric into a professional company oriented toward intelligent distribution network automation equipment. It currently has: the Production Department, After-Sales Department, R&D Department, Chief Engineer's Office, and Comprehensive Department.
