Changsha Zhongzhu Zhaojia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (CCCC Real Estate Changsha City Company) was founded in 2004. It is a subsidiary of CCCC Real Estate under CCCC Group (ranked 91st in 2018), and one of the 16 central enterprises approved by SASAC to focus on real estate development. Its footprint covers more than 120 countries and regions worldwide. CCCC Real Estate is a professional real estate subsidiary under CCCC Group's strategic transformation, focusing on building five major industry layouts: domestic real estate, overseas real estate, asset operation and management, real estate finance, and property management. It is one of the 21 central enterprise developers approved by SASAC, with a footprint at home and abroad and a total development area of nearly 30 million square meters. CCCC Real Estate Changsha City Company currently holds a Grade 3 real estate development qualification and has four projects under development: 1. CCCC Central Park: located at CCCC Central Park (formerly Zhongfang Ruizhi International) on Renmin East Road, Furong District. It is a large urban complex project including high-end residences and a regional commercial center, with a total land area of over 800 mu, a total construction area of 1.16 million square meters, and a total investment of approximately 7 billion yuan. 2. Gemdale CCCC · Lugu Xiangsong: a 2019 all-new iterative work launched by Gemdale Group and CCCC Real Estate joining forces to build homes with craftsmanship. Gemdale CCCC · Lugu Xiangsong has a total construction area of approximately 230,000 square meters and is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Yuelu Avenue and Wanglong Road in Yuelu District, Changsha City, next to Jianshan Lake Park.
